This air plant is small in size and has thick straight leaves. The thickness of its leaves may appear as almost chubby, and when its petite structure is also taken into account, gives the plant a very adorable appeal. The leaves are a silvery green color, but over time may fade into a vibrant red. Most of its leaves have a similar length and grow upwards forming a cone-like shape giving it a very neat, put together look. In general, the T. ionantha fuego already appears quite classy as is, but if a bolder look is in favor, then the red hints will surely give it a pop of color and liven up any space.
