T. capitata 'peach' (Small)
This small version of the Tillandsia capitata peach has thin leaves that end in fine points. The leaf blades are long and also spread out very widely creating a small space in the plant’s center. The leaves are a pale green color, but over time they blush into a gorgeous peach color (hence, the name). Then, numerous deep violet flowers bloom out of the small space in the center, a beautiful color contrast of light leaves and dark flowers. This piece is definitely meant to be the area’s center of attention due to its unique color scheme.
