T. caput medusae (small)
This air plant is a mixture of light green and silver. But unlike most plants, the silvery tones in this one is much more visible. Its leaves are thick at the base but get thinner at the tips where it becomes pointy. They extend upwards forming into delicate waves. Over time as this plant matures, its leaves grow long in all directions and decrease in width, appearing thinner and more elegant. But do not worry because even as it grows it is still able to maintain its natural waves. The T. caput-medusae is also capable of blooming gorgeous violet flowers and bright red bracts that give the plant a pop of color. So, when all three of these beautiful features are combined, the plant can be turned into a very fancy home decor.
