T. 'Cotton Candy' clump (stricta x recurvifolia) (small)
This air plant hybrid has straight narrow leaves that are light green with a silvery hue. The leaves extend outwards in all directions, making it look quite spiky. Although the leaves already look beautiful on their own, its flower, however, can be considered the air plant’s focal point since it stands out the most. The flower is a very vibrant pink or violet color with puffy bracts, a real eye-catcher and a complete contrast when compared to its leaves which are a more toned-down color and are thin and straight. The T. cotton candy can be small to medium in size making it easy to hang on balconies like little ornaments or can be placed on desks or tables to compliment a room’s decor.
